Youth Program Facilitator - Part-Time
We're looking for an energetic, creative, and passionate Youth Program Facilitator to join our team part-time. This isn't a desk job. You'll be in the room with real young people who need real connection, real skills, and real support. You will design and lead curriculum-driven programming across our youth enrichment initiatives, serving girls and young women ages 5–18, including teens navigating some of life's toughest circumstances.
If you love working with youth, you are a natural group facilitator, and you actually enjoy the planning and prep side this role is for you.

BIG SIS Inc. is an Orlando-based nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women and girls through programs that address prevention, intervention, stabilization, and long-term independence. Founded by attorney and community advocate Rosalind Johnson, Esq., BIG SIS has been serving Central Florida since 2008 — providing housing, life skills, legal support, youth development, and wraparound services to the women and families who need it most.
